What a close race! Well...one of them had a bit of a lead. Well...I think the other one only got one vote...

The Victor for the fourteenth round of the preliminaries is:

The Doctor

Out of 12 votes, The Doctor got 92% to the Black Knight's 8%. Now, I'm not the best at math, but that sounds to me like the Knight only scored a single vote. Or, as he'd put it, "We'll call it a draw."
