Listmas 2013: Eight Crazy Nights - Seventh Candle

Some more important changes and rearranges here in the TV list. It's been a while since I've been able to really think about television even though it's been a huge part of my life.

Of course, some of you can probably see the biggest change coming...

Remember a while ago when I started watching a certain show and mentioned that while I liked it a lot it wasn't one of my favorites yet? Well...

Top 20 Television Shows of All Time
20. Dark Shadows
19. The Powerpuff Girls
18. Family Guy (original run and start of comeback); The Simpsons (tie)
17. NCIS
16. Saturday Night Live
15. Monty Python's Flying Circus
14. The Ren & Stimpy Show (first two seasons only)
13. Doctor Who (revival)
12. The Daily Show with Jon Stewart
11. Pushing Daisies
10. Invader ZIM
9. The Big Bang Theory
8. Rocko's Modern Life
7. The Critic
6. Psych!
5. Grimm
4. Animaniacs
3. Freakazoid
2. South Park
1. Batman: The Animated Series

After a month and three seasons under my belt, the Doctor Who revival has made my favorite TV show list - mid-list even! Now, again, I haven't caught up yet or watched classic Who yet. It could move up the list, or it could move down. It might even get pushed off again somewhere down the road, though at this point I seriously doubt it.

The rest of the list went all wibbly-wobbly itself to accommodate it.

  1. Ooooh, Pushing Daisies. Loved that show (as well as the rest of Fuller's work- man's a genius- Mockingbird Lane in particular was wonderful even if we did only get a brief glimpse of it).

    1. It's weird watching the Hobbit knowing Thranduil, lord of Mirkwood and father of Legolas, is in actuality Ned the Piemaker.

    2. It's even weirder in Lincoln, where he plays an absolutely despicable politician. Guy's an amazing actor.
